The mangoes in the bag are released to fill the blue bin.

Mangoes are picked with a picking stick that has a net at the end of it to catch the mangoes.

The mango rolls onto white rollers where water sprays wash the mango as they are desapped.

When the bin is full, a docket is written out and placed in the bin. The docket has the Team No, Bin No and the Mango Block No.

Pack House - Where mangoes in harvest bins become mangoes in boxes for market.

Tractor Driver - The blue bins are picked up by a tractor and brought back to the mango packing house where the mangoes are washed.

Bin Tipper - The blue bins are unloaded in the shed. The person on the bin tipper uses a pallet jack to place the bin into the slot that tips the bin.

Sorting mangoes - The people take out any mangoes with bruising or blemishes that make them unsuitable for packing for market.

Packer - Premium quality fruit is packed as it comes from the sorting table. The computer grades the fruit and it drops into the different sized bins.

Stickering - The packed box of mangoes is placed on the blue conveyor belt where it is stickered with the size of the mango.

Lidder - The next person places the lid on the box, counts mango quantity and marks it on the box which is stacked on a pallet.
